ABOUT US
Called together by the Holy Spirit, PCLG is a welcoming community of faith committed to Jesus Christ and the Word of God as proclaimed in the Bible. We are a part of the Presbyterian Church (USA) denomination. Through worship, education and fellowship, we strive to use our gifts and resources to share God’s message of love, while enriching the spiritual growth of each individual and serving the needs of our community and world.

A Community of Faith
Jesus said, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them,” (Matthew 18:20). We strive to connect members of our church community because we need each other, can grow more, and are better able to tackle difficult issues or celebrate joys. When we are growing in faith we are like new charcoal placed in a fire—it soon becomes engulfed when surrounded by the burning coals of others. But when taken away from the other coals, it glimmers for a brief time, cools and eventually goes out. God likes for us to be in community and He meets us there! PCLG has fellowship groups, small groups, Bible study groups, and committees, plus church work days, potlucks, picnics and more! In time, you’ll find where you fit in, draw inspiration and can share your gifts.

Children & Youth Programs
It is our mission to provide quality Christian education and encouragement to the children and youth of our community. We believe learning about God and His love can have a big influence on who we grow into as people, and at PCLG it’s also lots of fun! Check out our Children’s and Youth Ministry pages to learn more.
As an outreach to the community for the past 20 years, PCLG has offered a highly regarded preschool right on our church campus—Growing FootPrints. The GFP staff’s vision is to engage and support all students in developmental learning by using choices, Christian values, communication, problem solving and social interaction. Growing FootPrints is also a Los Gatos Patch 2012 Reader’s Choice award winner!

We believe it’s our responsibility as Christians to reach out to others in the community and the world, helping to provide encouragement, food, clothing and shelter.
